Pixta SMS/Text Messaging Program
Pixta uses SMS/text messaging to deliver important account notifications to our users. This page explains how our SMS program works, how you can opt in or out, and how we handle your information.
What Messages We Send
When you opt in to Pixta SMS notifications, you may receive the following types of messages:
- One-time passcodes for secure account sign-in
- Account notifications and alerts
- Equipment checkout and return confirmations
- Time entry confirmations
How to Opt In
To receive SMS notifications from Pixta, you must:
- Create an account at pixta.gallery
- Navigate to your Profile Settings page
- Add your phone number to your account
- Check the SMS consent checkbox which reads: "I agree to receive SMS notifications from Pixta including sign-in codes and account alerts. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
- Removing your phone number from your Profile Settings
- Unchecking the SMS consent checkbox in your Profile Settings
Program Details
- Message frequency varies based on your account activity
- Message and data rates may apply — contact your carrier for details
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of Pixta
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
