Secure payment through Stripe, followed by your wedding details. Pixta currently prepares and checks your gallery before it is ready; setup is not instant. Printed cards and shipping are optional and not included. Please confirm setup timing before buying for an imminent event.
A few good questions
Before the first scan.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. The QR opens your event’s upload page in their browser. They select photos or videos and share. Individual files can be up to 500 MB.
Who can see the gallery?
The gallery is unlisted, rather than a public directory. Anyone with its link can access it unless a gallery password has been set. Share your link with that in mind.
When will our gallery be ready?
After payment, submit your wedding details. Pixta prepares and checks the gallery, then your setup page shows your gallery, guest upload and QR-card links. There is currently no guaranteed setup turnaround displayed; confirm timing with support for a close event.
How long do the memories stay online?
The current Wedding Day offer includes 12 month gallery hosting; Keepsake includes 24 months. The precise hosting start date, Wedding Weekend retention and deletion/reminder rules need confirmation with Pixta. Download your originals promptly; gallery hosting should not be your only backup.
Can we have the cards printed and shipped?
You can choose a design, personalize it and approve a sample proof. Printed ordering is not available yet. A final quote will need to show printing, taxes, shipping and whether arrival before your date is possible before any payment. DIY folded printing remains available.
Does this replace our photographer?
No. This is for the photos and videos your guests capture. Your professional photographer’s work stays separate.
