What is Pixta for?
Pixta helps photographers deliver client galleries and manage contracts and invoices. Wedding Guest Pictures is a separate one-time product for couples collecting their guests’ photos and videos.
How much do photographer plans cost?
Basic is $9/month with 100GB storage, Standard is $15/month with 1TB storage, and Business is $25/month with unlimited storage. Annual billing options are shown on the pricing page. Every plan includes unlimited galleries, contracts and invoices.
Which plan includes video, booking and watermarking?
Standard and Business include video uploads and a public portfolio page. Online booking and custom watermarking are included on Business.
Can I run a print store through Pixta?
Pixta does not currently offer a photographer print store. It supports client gallery delivery and invoice payments. Wedding QR cards can be printed yourself; printed ordering and shipping are not available yet.
Does Pixta support RAW file uploads?
Pixta does not currently support direct RAW file uploads. Export your finished images to a supported web format, such as JPEG, before uploading them to a gallery.
Can I customize the look of my gallery?
Yes. Gallery design settings let you choose layouts, fonts and colors for your client galleries. Plan-specific features, such as custom watermarking, are shown on the pricing page.
How do wedding guests upload photos?
Guests scan the event QR code or open its guest-upload link in a phone browser, select photos or videos, and wait until they are saved. No guest app or account is required. The current per-file limit is 500 MB.
Is wedding gallery setup instant?
No. After payment, the couple submits their wedding details and Pixta prepares and checks the gallery. Confirm setup timing with support before purchasing for an imminent event.
